Uygulama içinden silme

1. Poplixa'yı aç ve Ayarlar bölümüne gir.
2. Hesap sekmesini aç.
3. Hesabı sil seçeneğine dokun.
4. Apple veya Google hesabınla yeniden doğrulama yap ve kalıcı silme onayını ver.

Hesap silme kalıcıdır. Silinen bulut ilerlemesi, skorlar ve premium hesap eşlemesi geri getirilemez.

Uygulama olmadan silme talebi

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan herhangi bir e-posta uygulamasından gizlilik adresimize yazabilirsin. Poplixa'yı yeniden indirmen veya uygulamada oturum açman gerekmez.

Mümkünse hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden gönder; konu satırına “Poplixa Hesap ve Veri Silme Talebi” yaz ve oyuncu adını belirt. Kimlik doğrulamak için sınırlı ek bilgi isteyebiliriz. Şifreni, tek kullanımlık giriş kodunu veya tam ödeme bilgilerini gönderme.

Silme talebi e-postası oluştur

Silinen veriler

Başarılı hesap silme işlemi aşağıdaki hesaba bağlı Poplixa kayıtlarını kaldırır:

• Firebase Authentication hesabı ve Poplixa kullanıcı kimliği;
• oyuncu profili, kullanıcı adı kaydı, avatar ve hesapla ilişkili profil alanları;
• bulut ilerlemesi, oyun istatistikleri, günlük ödül ve görev kayıtları;
• lig, sıralama, skor, ranked oturum ve hesaba bağlı rekabet kayıtları;
• premium hak eşleme ve destek işlem kayıtları;
• RevenueCat'teki Poplixa müşteri kaydı.

Saklanabilecek veriler ve süre

• Apple App Store ve Google Play'in satın alma geçmişleri Poplixa hesabından ayrıdır ve ilgili mağazanın saklama kurallarına tabi olabilir.
• Kanunen saklanması gereken işlem kanıtları veya dolandırıcılık, güvenlik ve uyuşmazlık kayıtları yalnız gerekli kapsam ve yasal süre boyunca tutulabilir.
• Hesapla artık ilişkilendirilemeyen toplu veya anonim veriler kalabilir.
• Yalnız cihazında bulunan ayarlar ve çevrim dışı kayıtlar, uygulamayı kaldırana veya uygulama verilerini temizleyene kadar cihazında kalabilir.

Web talepleri makul kimlik doğrulamasından sonra makul sürede ve yürürlükteki yasal sınırlar içinde işlenir. İşlem tamamlandığında veya ek bilgi gerektiğinde e-posta ile yanıt verilir.

Delete in the app

1. Open Poplixa and go to Settings.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Reauthenticate with your Apple or Google account and confirm permanent deletion.

Account deletion is permanent. Deleted cloud progress, scores, and premium account mapping cannot be restored.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, send a request from any email client. You do not need to reinstall Poplixa or sign in through the app.

When possible, write from the email associated with the account, use the subject “Poplixa Account and Data Deletion Request”, and include your player name. We may request limited additional information to verify the account. Never send your password, one-time sign-in code, or full payment details.

Data deleted

A successful account deletion removes the following account-linked Poplixa records:

• the Firebase Authentication account and Poplixa user identifier;
• player profile, username registration, avatar, and account-linked profile fields;
• cloud progress, gameplay statistics, daily reward and quest records;
• league, leaderboard, score, ranked-session, and account-linked competition records;
• premium-entitlement mapping and support-processing records;
• the Poplixa customer record in RevenueCat.

Data that may remain and retention

• Apple App Store and Google Play purchase history is separate from the Poplixa account and may remain under the store's retention rules.
• Transaction evidence or fraud, security, and dispute records required by law may be kept only for the necessary scope and legal period.
• Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer be linked to the account may remain.
• Settings and offline records stored only on your device may remain until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Web requests are processed within a reasonable time after reasonable identity verification and within the limits required by applicable law. We reply by email when processing is complete or if more information is needed.
